Just looking at the BBC weather forecast (even though it's snowing as I type it) and the forecast is 'grey cloud' all week - even the 24 hour forecast is grey cloud all day with a single three hour section deviating to white cloud.

Is this a trade union issue with clouds demanding shorter working hours and effectively calling a closed shop, or some idle sod at the weather centre getting bored with his/her job?

Twitter is something the birds do in the morning, not an activity on my PC or phone
