I like the way you can change the colour of rice puddy, depending on whether you use jam or Marmite.

Dont knock it until you try it.
If you make calamaries con arroz, you use the squid ink to turn the rice black. Marmite does the same thing and you dont have to go out all night jigging for squid

I only voted for Apple Crumble as that is my second favourite to Bread and Butter Pudding (with sultanas) which aint in the list!
