It's hardly ever that simple unfortunately Malware of this kind will often block downloads it knows can shift it, they often try to stop installation of programs too. If you can download the program on another clean PC, do it You'll probably (read almost certainly) need to start in safe mode to ensure it get's installed as well. You could try killing the known parts of it in task manager (Press CTRL+ALT+DEL) and end the following programs from the processes tab AntivirusPro_2010.exe yxine.exe Uninstall.exe mifiryvele.exe That should give you chance to install MBAM or Combofix as a one off cure download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe

I keep an up to date copy of both MBam and SUPERAntispyware on my pen drive for occasions such as this. MBam doesn't entirely remove it but once you have run it, you can then install SAS and run it. SAS will find the rest of it and get rid of it. Just to be sure, run both programs again after updating them. That will find any traces left over.
