Today when I opened my mail I had 14 e mails to say that were marked as
"Delivery Status Failure"
All the addresses these messages had been sent to were from deleted addresses.
Any ideas please

I only use Firefox if I need to use one of the useful addons and never for email Louise. If you transferred your address book over from Internet Explorer, it would seem it didn't transfer properly. It looks like your friends names were there; but the email addresses that they link to, have been erased.
If you are using Hotmail, Live mail, or MSN mail, I dont seem any point in using Firefox. Carry on using Internet Explorer for your email and use Firefox for your other browsing. I know a lot of people swear by Firefox, but I dont think its magic. I'm quite happy to use MSN Premium browser and IE. Firefox is just a tool I use when I need it.
