What is imeasure?

"imeasure is a tool for you to accurately monitor your home energy use and carbon emissions over time. It measures your energy use based on the energy meter readings you enter. Each time you enter your readings into imeasure you will be given immediate results on your household's carbon dioxide (CO2) and money spent."
