HELP PLEASE ! IFRAME TROJAN

I have some sort of virus called HTML:IFRAME-JS.
I spent 5 hours using Avast
Used SUPER antispyware and many times using Malware
Malware tells me the virus is gone, but each time I open a page online it's back..... I turned off the system restore, went into safe mode, done the malware,,, but it still keeps coming back !
How do I get rid of it??

I downloaded Combofix from your link to my desktop.
Tried to run it, but got this message.

Alert! It is not safe to continue.
The contents of Combofix have been compomised.
Please download a fresh copy from ....

Note- you may be infected with a file patching virus 'Virut'

Each time I download it I get the same message and combofix disappears ..........What do I do next

I run XP Home edition and have never reformated myself.
Is it easy. Do I need another pc to guide me ?
