I want to print a set of calendars either one year on one side, or six months per side. Must be no larger than A5 and in Word or Publisher. I want to laminte the results as a promo thing.
I've tried Microsoft templates and not found anything.

No, not quite. I want it to be A5 max and I need to get it printed and out by the end of November.

You could always make the first one and crop the picture off. Then import the calender into either Word or Publisher. The size doesn't need to be exact, you can resize it to fit once its in whatever Office program you want to use.
