It's a bit brief, but I like the way they acknowledge Linux is essentially safer. I get lots of spam on my old (first ever) email account, like hundreds a day - but I get round that by downloading headers only because it's quicker and safer as it loads nothing of the actual email itself. Thunderbird marks it all as junk for me and it takes a few seconds to receive it, check nothing important has got flagged as junk and then delete them all. 'clamav' is essentially an email virus checker, which is all you might want to check in Linux. There's no need for a full Antivirus like AVG IMO and I certainly wouldn't install it on my PC's If you're worried about sending a possibly harmful (to Windows) file while in Linux, you can use this site to check it first www.virustotal.com/
