Printers

I have a new Epson printer and have only used the black ink so far. I got a message out of ink, so put a black ink replacement in. Then got another message out of ink and the blue one was highlighted. I also ticked the box to use black ink only, but it refuses to budge until I replace the blue ink.
I suppose I will have to replace the blue ink and if that does not work I might tell the shop they can have the printer back.

Most new printers do not have much ink in the cartridges when you buy them, so it's possible you have run out.
