I dont have anything to do with water Elvis; I've seen what it does to the bottoms of boats, never mind what fish do in it. If you drink enough Guinness, nobody wants to get close enough to see if you've washed or not.

Sure enough it was raining when I went out and I had to dress up like a fisherman's friend. The rain was freezing, one more degree down and it would have been hailstones.

Nice sunny spells in between heavy rain showers here. I managed to get down the Co-op and back before the next shower, and was just congratulating myself on managing to stay dry........... then I realised I'd forgotten to take my card out of the machine at the checkout. Rushed back down the shop and thankfully the girl had spotted the card and was waiting for me to come back for it. (Box of Chocolates for her)  Needless to say I got soaked to the skin going home, but I didn't care. ;D |

After a very bright start to the day, it's gone downhill - cold, damp and with a threat of the wet stuff.

After a boofull morning, it turned a bit chilly in the afternoon. It remained dry though, which will probably mean a cold night.

I hate all this adverse weather, I go out looking like a Muslim woman in sun glasses. They mess with the clocks so it never gets dark. I started online banking, only to find the blood bank don't do home deliveries.

The sky looked clear tonight, whether thats a good sign or not is anybodies guess. Its still a bit breezy, but the wind has dropped. It was blowing a hooligan all day.
