I should have said Roz, ..click the You Tube icon above the reply box after you copy the url of the video, then paste between the brackets. ;D

I have always done it that way, as that was how Proboards used to work for youtube videos...looks like they take the whole link now. You learn something everyday This is now going to be the Video of the Week (that's if anyone notices it at the top of the Homepage?)
