Hi Lynnrose I had trouble with my H.P. printer after updating to I.E.7.Just would not work. I couldn't find an answer on the H.P. website,so I decided to switch back to I.E.6. I havn,t followed your advice yet (no time xmas etc)should there be any more problems, so I will let you know the outcome.I hopefully can find a way to use the printer with I.E.7 Thanks again and best wishes for the New Year Bill

hi bill i did have a look around for a solution to your problem, it seems that there could be a driver problem when upgrading to I.E7 {i am assuming you have XP} you could try downloading the driver from the site below, www.birseyindir.net/driver/HP_Photosmart_7350_Printe___13208.htmlon the other hand if you have it back working with I.E6 [glow=red,2,300]why bother[/glow] jim

There seems to be an issue with Director on upgrading to IE7 (are you XP IE7 or have you also upgraded to Vista?) "This issue occurs on some HP products introduced between 2002 and 2004, after installing Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 (MS IE 7) browser on the computer that is connected to the HP product." h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/document?lc=en&dlc=en&cc=us&docname=c00802504

Thanks Lynnrose and Jim for your help. I think I should leave IE6 installed for now and maybe upgrade when I buy another printer. Maybe sooner than later Bill
