I have seen this question asked elsewhere before and the simple answer is No there isnt a version of MSN Explorer for Vista.

MSN Premium will run on Vista, but I have never reason to try the free one. You could Google the free download and use the Compatibility Wizard to load it. I had to use the wizard to load the Premium one, then it worked alright. I use the Premium with Windows 7, but I have a few problems with the mailbox.
