EU law creates a minimum period of two years in which a faulty product can be returned, and in England and Wales the figure is six years."

Glad it was useful. I was surprised at the six year guarantee. I have always thought it was one year for goods.

Under the Sale Of Goods Act, it is however long you can reasonably expect your item to last with normal wear and tear.

Probably because there is no such thing. It is not a guarantee.
