I was wondering if there is a program that will enlarge photos.I have vista home and a hp all in one scanner. I want to scan some pictures on to my hd. and then transfer them on to a memory disk for a digital picture frame. Some of the pictures are very small on the pic. frame and I would like to make them bigger if possible.Thank you for any and all help.

To keep the quality, I find it better to enlarge using the scanner controls before scanning. You can bring the size up by about 500% I think it is on an HP scanner. Quality drops off when enlarging after you have scanned and you get pixilation. Its always better to have them bigger than you need than smaller, reduction doesn't lose quality.
