I seem to remember when I joined CIT you had to give your date of birth, and then select whether you wanted it visible in your profile. I was listening to a programme on Radio4 the other night about older people and if they admitted their age when online. Most felt that being over 50 was a barrier. Although women wanted a younger man, men didn't mind women being older. I gave my correct day and month but knocked a few years off. Anyway, you shouldn't give away too much unnecessary personal info online we're always told. And now Radio 4 is closing down for the night and handing over to the World Service so we just have time for a few bars of Sailing BY. mp3.juno.co.uk/MP3/SF210480-01-02-16.mp3

I hint that I'm quite old, but everybody knows I'm really a 27 year old gigolo.

I don't know why, but I was expecting to hear Rod Stewart lol
I put the correct day and month too, but make up the year I was born. I don't like too much information about me out there in the internet world.

When I was young, I liked being a toy boy. Now I want to be a sugar daddy, all the offers come from women looking for a toy boy.

Mine is 100% accurate too, and I'm quietly proud. At 47 ~ over the hill and unemployable ~ I re-trained and got into a decent permanent job. So when I hear people say that you can't teach an old dog new tricks I refrain from thingying my leg at them

When I was still in my 50s nobody wanted me, as I was disabled. The government retired me at 60, as I was unemployable. Then 3 days after my 65 birthday; I got a letter from the Dole, asking me if I wanted a part time job.

Much to my amazement, I managed to survive my "three score and ten", and however much more time I get will be a bonus. ;D
