I know you need to be really careful.
This is one of the more favoured attractions of the hackers and internet miscreants.
Your phone provider or the manufacturer would probably be the safe bet but what they offer won't be particularly flashy.

You could just use one of your own photos as wallpaper and get a tune, like from here for your ringtone

I agree I always use my own wallpaper or animation as wallpaper on my phone and mp3 as ring tone it is so much safer.
