Having gone through all the security questions/answers on my Barclay Card I am having a problem trying to access the 'Rewards Homepage' and 'Ways to use points'. I have downloaded IE as suggested on the page (another suggeston on the page was to download Netscape) but I am still unable to acess the page any further.
I have done exactly the same thing on my daughters computer and was sucessful in accessing all the information. This suggests that there is something missing/corrupt on my PC. Does anyone have this problem and can anyone suggest what my problem could be ?

You might have either enable Java or download and install it

Not much further forward - in fact NO further forward. Still unable to access the page, some of the content seems to be overwritten.

I know you said that the page suggested that you use IE, but what browser were you using before? I couldn't get Photobucket to work for me yesterday, so I downloaded Firefox and then Photobucket worked perfectly. Try Firefox if you haven't already done so.
