jswtrayutil -- What is it?

Looking at Startup last night I see:
C:\Program Files\Jumpstart\jswtrayutil.exe

Any idea what it does. Google throws up surprisingly few results.
It came with the laptop and others have reported it on new computers as well so it's unlikely to be malware or suchlike.
All I can glean is it may be to do with Synaptics.

As I don't use wireless I'll uncheck it in Startup and see what happens.

no probs phoney, update on prevx they now say it's safe to use but if you don't use wireless then you won't need it.
