Early Closing ?

Me wittle group has disappeared off the face of the earth..
My managing friend and I have been reading back and saving posts that we wanted to save..
Several times over the past month or so pages have disappeared without our pressing delete buttons..
This morning she was saying that she had finally read back to the beginning of our group and was saving the pages to read today.
Only they got deleted first..
Then this arvo I surfed away for about 30 mins but they couldnt find the page when I went back..
It has also gone from my list of groups.!!
Wonder why msn would choose to delete a group that was still being contributed to when lots of groups which are still there have had no posts for ages..
There--thats me rant over..
I must say I was looking forward to seeing just how they would close down the groups--in one fell swoop or bit by bit..

Just took a look and our group is still 'alive'
I thought perhaps because of the time difference, your group had started to disappear today, but I would have thought that they would just close the server, so groups will just not be there anymore. I doubt they will just remove bits and pieces over a period of time.[/size][/font]

There's an announcement here now, to say they're not closing until the 23rd.
Maybe yours being unavailable is just one of the normal MSN glitches Pepper.

Sounds like we got "picked on" !
Just surfed thru' groups I visit and only one other so far lost its pages..
We ended up yesterday ( before entering cyber space) with just the days posts..which I had thought of moving to new group but got beaten to the draw..
Ah well--msn has to go out riding on a wave of success or it wouldnt be msn..
