I have just accidentally come across a whole stack of files under "Search Results" I don't know how I managed this but fact is there is just about every file in there I have got, Pictures, Music even emails I have had, etc"
I deleted just one and then checked if it was still there in it's relevant folder - it had gone.
Can someone please explain what is happening here, it is taking up a huge amount of disk space, can I prevent it from working or whatever?
Ken if you see this, I have posted it on NHI too just in case.

H! Buzzy,
I think they will be log files, but do not delete them till some one confirmed it.

H! Buzzy,
Have you run C Cleaner that should get rid off most log files, when you say "Search Results" wear do they come from and what's name have they got Search Results.EXE or what ever?

Elvis there is an assortment of files. The picture files I have on the machine, the MP3 music files I have too and it seems most of the emails I have deleted also. Beyond that I don't know although I am led to believe it may be a feature of Win 7.
