H! i am looking to copyright sum pictures (jpeg images) as my copyright program will not let me do jpeg, i want to do something like this

Elvis - If you have "Irfanview" the copyright symbol and any text can simply be added.
Edit > Insert Text into selection > append ©

It's very easy in Irfanview. Just open the image, draw a selection area with your mouse, then click on Edit/Insert Text into Selection the click on "Append Copyright", and type whatever else you want. Then format it the way you want it as far as the font/background color/font color/size, etc. then click on OK. If you don't like it just hit Ctrl + Z to undo it and repeat the process until you get it the way you want it. Or if you prefer, just post the image here and I'll do it for you.

Wow, super job, congratulations. Yes, Irfanview can do quite a lot. I have all the plugins and it will even do Photoshop effects.
