Nice one phoney, bidding should start around the £2 million mark.

Hi LR , I use the FREE programme Paint. NET to doodle with. it's much better. If I come up with something I like, I save it, then cheat a bit and open it in Photoshop where i can fiddle about with the filters and plugins. Worth a try. ;D I get the Jelly effect using plastic wrap plugin.

That's realy good nocky. Great effect. Isn't it amazing what you can create with a mouse. Lynnrose, now that could pass for a Picasso. Weird.

Hey Nocky, That programme looks interesting, might try it. Phoney has accepted the 'challenge' of setting us arty and non-arty types <-------that's me.................a new project to do every week and I know you will definately be up for it won't you Nocky. We shall have to wait and see what he comes up with. Can't wait for the next one.

Yeah, it's a good little graphics programme Lynnrose, lots of interesting modes to use, and you can download plugins from their Forum.
I'm totally non-artistic, which is why ALL my doodles are abstracts. I couldn't draw a face tosave myself, but I'll have a go at phoney's project, as long as no REAL artistic ability is required. ;D

Hi LR , I just noticed your message, and of course I want to help. I'm not sure just what sort of projects you have in mind, maybe you could give me an idea of what you want me to do. ;D

Hi Nocky, Like this week is abstract art, next week you could ask everyone to draw/paint 'a cat drinking from a bowl,' the week after 'a lady pouring a cup of tea'....that sort of thing. If they don't have a graphics programme, they can use Windows paint, or suggest they download paint.NET. Once a week, start a new thread and title it with the task eg. Weekly Art task ~ Cat ....something like that, your choice. Of course you have to set an example and post your artwork on the first post of the thread Members must feel that we are not looking just for great artists, all work accepted, it's just all for fun! So glad you have agreed to do this....let's hope everyone joins in!
LR x
