Doing better than me Lynnrose, I got a Telemessage today from Severn Trent Water. They claim I owe them £131.69 and a £65.00 additional charge if it goes to court next week. The bill was paid on the 4/5/10 and the next one isn't due till next month. I even checked my bank statement today, just to make sure it was paid. I think someone in the accounts office is getting bored, not having anything to do for the last 4 or 5 months.

I found the last survey totally boring and it seemed to drag on forever. Then all of a sudden they told me to refresh my page and I haven't been able to get the site since. I expect the next time the site comes back online, theyy will tell me the survey is unavailable. It wont be the first time thats happened. It happened once at the finish, when they ask if you want to answer a few more questions and I didn't get my points. They have done me out of at least 250 points in total. Its always their end; since having 50 Mb/s connection, I have never lost a connection.

Good news...got the replacement cheque today Bad news...took about ten mins to do a new survey. Should have earned 100 points...no points were added! I have emailed them.
