No, strange. The only way I could see this latest post on that thread is to go to, "Members," find you, then click on your LATEST POSTS.

What I get when I click on the one from the HOME page, the following comes up as the last one on that page (Pg 1):

I'm going into New Years with one of the worst COLDS that I have had in YEARS, not COVID, as far as I know, No Fever at all, just a bad headache, sore throat, coughing so much that my Diaphram hurts like H$LL every time I do.

It helps, I find, when I am about to cough, I push my hands up against my Diaphram, seems to help. And my Wife has been giving me Lemon Tea, seems to help the throat.

Anyway Happy New Year to all, from MY SIDE of the Pond :-)

Feeling worse, at least my sore throat, like the worst case of tonsilitis or strep throat that I ever had at times (No tonsils since I was 27).

I ordered those home test kits on Saturday, but by the time they arrive, I may be mostly through it.

I am certain that I am going though it right now COVID (Even though fully VAX'd), coming down with what I thought was a mere cold, Thursday morning, but I never put in for those FREE home rest kits, so I did Saturday morning. Progressively worse sore throat, at times worse than when I had Tonsilitis each year till Kaiser removed them when I was around 27. Have a bad headache at times, and that darn tickle in my throat & chest making me cough so much, it feels like Rocky used me as a punching bag in my ribs and diaphram. Now being New Years weekend, not much I can do/go, or test to find out for sure, till the kits get here, and then I may be mostly through it. One good thing, the chest congestion is breaking up nicely, but MAN MY THROAT, OUUUUUUUUUUUUUCH.

Oh poor you! Even with vaccinations, covid can be very nasty. Immagine how much worse it could have been without vaccinations eh. Big Hugs!

May not be COVID, can't be sure not having YET, any home test kits, but Morning #4 of having this and, although I feel it still, just a slight headache, and haven't felt the need to take any pain med yet. Now my Wife has it, coming down early this morning.

This one guy I know through postings in our morning paper said told me yesterday, that there is a real bad COLD going around, and he has tested NEGATIVE twice for COVID with this cold, so probably just a real real bad COLD, I HOPE :-)

I went and got 4 COVID home test kits yesterday and tested Negative, thank GOODNESS, but now my Wife came down worse than me, with added nausea, the worst COMMON OLD we have had in DECADES.

I'm better, but on day 5, still feels it.

i just hope I ran the test correctly, LOL. Simple enough, but there does not appear to be much room for error, on the amount of this supplied solution that you drop into this small hole. Can't be more OR LESS than 6 drops.

I am pretty sure that all six drops went in as I counted, at least my Wife thought so, but one may have gone back up into the little dropper, LOL.

There must be  some room for error though, because all the ones given by medical personnel in clinics, can they be certain that they are getting all six drops, NO MORE or less in there:-).
