I have lost the ability on the JIGSAW (and other matters) to create COLOURED pictures. I am pretty sure this in an "Adobe Flash" enigma? It was OK until yesterday I have no idea why I have "lost" it. For some reason I am unable to download it successfully. Any help will be very much appreciated. This is todays JIGSAW picture and shows up black and white in TinyPic which obviously is not the case!! Thanks. |

You could try a system restore back a couple of days, that might sort it for you

I tried a System Restore and it failed to complete. There was a suggestion that I should disable my antivirus temporarily and try again? some code was denoted as causing a problem. I have not tried it yet. If that is not the answer would "Safe Mode" be an option?
I think getting Adobe Flash installed may be the answer but for some reason this is proving problematic this has happened once before but I cannot remember what download I used.

How about uninstalling Irfanview then re-installing ref. what you did last time?
