Whilst attempting to use an email address on a website, I got the following error message and the email could not be sent.
An error occurred while sending mail. The mail server responded: <chairman@hbsa-uk.com> recipient rejected - domain has no delivery address (DNS MX or A record). Please check the message recipient chairman@hbsa-uk.com and try again.
When I contacted the recipient on his private address, he told me that that email worked and that something must be wrong with my computer. I doubt that, but I would be grateful for advice from experts on this forum.
Many thanks,
Alex
