My laptop keeps telling me that the backing up of files has stopped after I had backed them up a short while ago by burning them two disk's  |

What program did you use to back-up? Have you got the exact message it gives you, maybe a screenshot?

I Cant be sure now. But i certainley thought i had backed them up, As it told me to do just after i brought this
brand new laptop. The only thing i am sure about is it must have been with nero 8, Because thats the only burning programe i have on this laptop. I have two disks here that i thought contained the files, But it was the first time that i had backed any files up

I am getting wonder now if did back them up after all
DO YOU THINK I SHOULD TRY AND BACK THEM UP AGAIN AND SEE IF THAT DOES THE TRICK

I think it must be a programme pre-installed on your laptop that is reminding you to back-up, so really you need to see 'who' the message is from when it next pops up, so that you can open the programme and set it to not remind you

But i am starting to wonder if i did back these files up after all,
as like said in the last post i have not backed any up before, And i may not be doing it right
