I have this annoying message every time I start up; I hear the no-go beep even before my comp is fully up and running. I think it could be related to Adobe Acrobat since I updated it. This is the annoyance C:\Program Files\NOS\bin\getPlus_HelperSvc.exe How do I get rid of it, should I just uninstall Adobe and get an earlier version or something? Zippie

I second that, I think I come across pdf files about once a month, so I don't need the bloat of Adobe on my hard drive - or the extra 'guff' it puts on.
I can quite happily live without Acrobat, Nero, any kind of bundled mobile phone software and the very annoying iTunes - all of which 'infect' most PC's I get the pleasure of fixing
