I would like to clear a couple of matters up Elvis. You have never been banned from NHI, I didn't even know you had left until about a month later. I noticed your avatar was missing and had to check the list. It was you who suggested some time later, it might not be a good idea to reapply for membership. Even if you were banned from joining, you can still visit the site. That makes more sense, than me putting the photos onto your computer by magic.

A photo can have a hidden copyright and all our pictures contain a code to identify the camera that took them as proof of ownership. Just because you cant see a copyright mark, doesn't mean it isnt there and all the more reason not to arf inch other peoples pictures. If I turn on the GPS on my camera, it will even include the location of the picture and you wont see that either.

I personally dont mind people using my pictures, as long as they say it was me me took it. Although I'm not very keen on anyone posting my pictures on a site where I might want to post them myself. You only posted one picture of the pigeon, when if fact it was one of a set.

As i side i will look in to the copyright laws (as far as i am concern i did not thieve anything) and that is all I am going to say on the matter.
