What a clever lot playing today, I got 10/10 and I'm in 9th place.  Just had a look at the final result. Finishedin 11th place with 3 pts, fastest player got 14. I think that just about settles it, not so much a quiz, more of a speed test. (stumbles off to Library looking for Speed Reading for Dummies)  |

Although I got 9 correct today, I must admit at least half were lucky guesses. I had never even heard of some of them, and can only conclude that anyone who actually "KNOWS" all the answers must be,

Only 3 people have played every day for May and there are only 3 days left. Nocky is safe as the winner of Game 2, but Game 1 is very tight. Only one point between Ist and 2nd. Is Roz going to grab the lead in the final few days. Can phoney hold her off. The excitment is palpable. Not sure if winning when only 3 players complete the month, and angelstardust took a week off actually means anything, but it is fun. |

I fully agree phoney. With good players like Angel, Webby, and Fozzie, only there for part of the month, it does detract something from the pleasure of winning.
It is good fun though, and I always feel better after my usual daily whinge. ;D

Yes it's pretty neck and neck at the top isn't it lol? This is the only time ever I have been so close for so long, but as you rightly point out it's only because of playing every day, and the good players not doing.
It still might be you who wins it too Nocky. I think that would likely make you the only one to win both in one month apart from Angel.

Makes a change to see two new names on top, although I imagine we'll have to wait till Angel goes on holiday again to get a repeat. Maybe we should start a fund, "More Holidays For Angelstardust". ;D
