Hi All,
Sorry I haven't been around lately, but we've had no phone line or internet since New Year's Eve, also getting through to BT's help line has cost us an absolute fortune on mobile charges. And their lack of communications, specially considering that's supposed to be the business they're in, has been the absolute pits. But at last today they have finally repaired the fault. Needles to say we have also done what we should have done a few years ago and are having cable installed next week, and saying "bye bye" for good to BT.

Thats good and if you get any problems with VM just phone 150 or 151 it's free and they will sorted for you ;D
