I don't know how many rounds this can go up to, but I stopped at round 24 (Novice) and the computer won.

I picked scissors the first ten times, the computer picked rock ten times !
Is that mimicking human reasoning and learning?

Then I started playing 'properly' and discounting the first 10 losses, it was almost even in wins losses and draws.

That was in novice mode. In veteran mode it took it till round 7 to 'learn' I was just picking scissors every go. I think a human would have realised much quicker than that
