A blunder by HM Revenue & Customs could mean millions of us have been paying the wrong tax.

You could be facing an extra tax bill of more than £1,400 it emerged this weekend, after the government revealed up to six million Britons have been paying the wrong tax.

Just maybe, maybe, this error will back fire once again in that it may be too late to ask for people to pay up, but there again if the above link thinking is correct, perhaps those that are owed money may not receive it ( swings and roundabouts)
