Last night I used Technet concierge chat, to discuss a mix-up in my membership. It took me about 6 attempts to get through to Kate, who was very polite and helpful. The reason for my failure to connect, I had to write in English. I know my English isn't very good, but you all live in different parts of the world and understand some of what I write. I kept getting a message to write in English and keep inquiry to less than 128 characters. I even wrote, "Can you understand me?" once and got told to write it in English. Kate gave me a free phone number and I will try that today. I expect I will have to speak Urdu to converse with the person on the phone. I just cant win with Microsoft.
