I have three neighbours and they take turns to make noise as they don't like me because i complained about them at one time or another and they don't like it (but i did tell them what i would do at the time) been going on for six years now still not sorted

The water-board have been digging up the road outside mine from 9.00pm last night it's now 1.30am Tuesday and they are still at it i don't think it is going to stop this morning

Well they stopped work this morning at 3.00am i got some sleep till 8.00am when i had to be up for something

They have dug so many holes around here they are digging a hole the size of a football pitch to bury all the dirt. Of course they have to dig it right in front of my house.
I dont know what the hell they are going to build there, but you dont need to put pilings in 40 foot deep to build a council house.
If they have got a Yorkshire crew on the job, it could take a 100 years to finish.
