I had a letter from the DVLA this week i have to renew my photo on my Driving Licence every year Not a big deal is it
Well it cost £20 to renew it Post Order i sent wick cost £22 pound odd, £5 pound for five photos which i only need 1 photo £1.15p for recorded mail.
So all in all it cost me £28.15p
Just too change my photo which by law i have no choice.
Or i can just pay a fine of £1000 if i don't do it choices "A"

Elvis, this is strange. I checked with my next door neighbour who is 73 and she told me her (4 pics) cost £5 odd and that was it, there was NO charge from the DVLA for her new (plastic) driving licence?
