Any of you been on Google yet? You can choose your own background for the page, one of your own or from their selection. Have fun!
Click on 'Curious about today's homepage? Add your own background image now' under the search bar. If you change your mind, click 'Change background image' bottom left of the Google page.

When I first read it, I thought you needed a Google account to use it. Any email account will do and put a password in. I will probably get a load of spam; but who cares, nobody else writes to me anyway.

Ubuntu and Mint use customised (by them) versions of Google It works in Mepis that I'm currently in Why not just use iGoogle instead - it's a real home page instead of that boring default google page www.google.co.uk/ig
