If Charlie was abandoned, how did they manage to film him being left in the building??
I cant understand why people abandon dogs where they might not be found. You could tie a dog outside a shop and nobody would think it unusual. At least someone would notice the dog had been there for a long time and it would be rescued. When someone leaves a dog to suffer, it makes you wonder why they got it in the first place.
I inherited a dog when a mate died and I cant have a dog in my flat. I kept him overnight and took him down the pub the next morning. I found him a good home in less than half hour. Its nearly as bad as adopting a kid to get a dog from a home, but people will jump at them if your giving them away. As long as you know where they are going, a pub is a good place to find a new home for a dog.
