first of all i apoligise to management for adding this here, as i think its wrong to sort of advertise other group sites here, BUT this, this morning is being added in a sort of desperation mode " (Sad aint it lol ) I dont know who else to ask , anyway here goes Since the closure of all msn groups I joined a few new groups set up with www.yuhu.com. we migrated their some months ago........Now in the recent past, when i was unable to log on there, i would read a page from the web site , stateing that work was being done, call back etc etc...........Only yesterday and this morning all I get is a white page on screen, and looking down to my bottom left of my task bar, I think its called, I read " done ". thinking i had a bogey man on board my computer i have clicked on all my usual fav sites, games on line etc, yahoo, ntl and so on, and can access them all. also a system check , all except this yuku site Can anyone advise me what may have happened, particulary this white blank page showing ? leaving on a high note, after this waffle I an chuffed to say that this morning visit to my nurse showed sugar levells are down, weight is down and blood pressure is best reading for some time .no new tablets needed yeeehaaaa ( of course the blood presssure is rising again , with this latest white blank page stuff .........your advice would be appreciated harry

Can you see the main Yuku page?
Or is it a certain group? What browser are you using? Have you tried viewing in a different browser?

thank you lynnrose and thank you also for the very prompt reply. I am using internet explorer 7 and computer is XP. the one thing i did do on advice of a member of one of the sites to stop adverts showing on pages was to go into < i think it was tools/ internet options, and add google as default page. Im not 100% sure if that is what i did, to be honest. That was several weeks ago, and yes indeed i was reading and adding on boards with no adverts showing. (maybe I have been booted by yuku for doing so lol)........I am not computer saffy and not really keen to change browser , just to get into yuku. later today i'm gonna try doing a system restore to say a week ago, and see what happens. there are im sure other community site boards i can try instead, lol as long as my game sites can be accessed...........once again thank you for the prompt reply computers grrrrrrrrr dont you just love them harry ps........i am a member of 5 groups, and cant access any of them, and not even when i type www.yuku.coma well lol

system restore didnt help either . lol i mentioned above that my blood pressure had been good on a recent visit to see my nurse. well the reason for that clearly was because i wasnt on line so often these past few months lol......... give me my yamaha, korg keybaords any day of the week, and they take some hammering with heavy playing, but at least they start up , the same way i stop using them

There is some talk at the support pages about white pages, but not anything recent.
Try clearing out your cookies, temp files and history
Might be worth trying to 'fix' IE7, scroll down until you find 'Reinstall Internet Explorer 7 or Internet Explorer 8'

When I go to the Yuku site I migrated, it tells me I'm the administrator and only member. When I try to do anything, it tells me I need administrators rights to get into the control panel. All I want to do is delete the site as it's worse than useless.

Put in a support ticket Ken, they usually answer within a few hours. helpdesk.yuku.com/index.php?_m=tickets&_a=submitThe support ticket system uses a separate login to your Yuku login by the way, so you need to create a support account with an e-mail address you use and they can reply to.

Thanks for reminding me Roz, I had forgotten I have got a support account from all the bother getting it migrated in the first place. I told everybody it was a waste of time and was dumping it, so I just haven't bothered with it. You only found it by accident and theres probably another million accidents wondering whats going on.
