Hi all I use Outlook 2007 and run a non profit group who has a membership of 126000 and have to post and email out about 100 emails every month. I created 2 distribution lists for 2 types of members who get different info within Outlook 2007 but what I want to do is find a program that allows me to keep these lists away from my own personal lists and is secure (data protection) and works with Outlook 2007 and even Outlook Express if possible but the latter dosnt matter really that much. I must be able to send in one click as in outlook 2007. I am sure such a program exsists but aftere searching all I seem to get is list grabbers etc. Any guidance guys Codger

Thanks LR. Unfortunately the 1st and 3rd ones seem to have gone down but Meg 3 seemed what I want exactly so am hunting for it with very little luck. The main site is down. The 2nd app worked ok but was a little round the house and would not import outlook well at all unless a lot of altering was done. But Thx

I will follow this thread with interest as I too have been using Outlook to manage distribution lists but haven't as yet managed to work out a way to seperate from my stuff.

thanks LR for looking. I tried them both but they don`t allow me to just have my members dist list. It iports and uses all the contacts unless I use it as a seperate program which is no good as I need it to interact with Outlook but interact with only what I want and not all of it. I have my Distribution list categorised and only want those to be transfered away from my own stuff but to use in Outlook 2007 when I want to send. I even tried MS Business Contact manager but that seems such a lot of useless complicated slowing stuff. So I guess I will just have to keep looking.
THX again LR. Where do I send the cheque?

Check this out (Free)
There seem to be programmes out there that look like they could do the job, but cost money

I cant take my eyes off of the legs on the left ;)so I miss most things, but That program is a better one as it makes distribution list making easier but still does not do what I want. I will use it however and can recomend it if you have disto lists of several categories that you need to send to. Works well with Outlook so great Thanks again Codger
