My wife has a laptop running Vista, when she goes into the Marks & Spencer site and finding a new pair of shoes it has a zoom control which allows you to increase the size of the picture, but for some reason it's not working. I have reason to believe I might have altered something when she took delivery of the laptop, I removed a few programs like Norton. If anyone has any idea what the problem might be now would be a good time to come forward, as my name at home is not to great at present, jorg

When she clicks 'Click for zoom and other views ' does a seperate window pop up? If not, then you need to allow pop-ups

Lynnrose, yes the separate window comes up ok but when you click on zoom nothing, it works fine in IE on her computer and fine on my computer with XP so it's something in Firefox with Vista running, jorg
