Novatech returns policy

I have been looking at Novatech returns policy and i cannot understand if thy come and pick up the stuff i want to return or will i have to arrange it myself?

It would appear from this that you must arrange, insure and pay for returns and then Novatech will decide whether to re-imburse you.

The cost of returning and appropriately insuring the goods until satisfactory receipt at the company will be borne by the customer.
