Hi Tuesday,
Do you have Irfanview?
Open your photo in Irfanview.
Click Image tab
Choose Resize/Resample
Where it says 'Set New Size' change the numbers
eg. your pic is size 800 in the first box and 259 in the second, just change the 800 to 300
The second box will change automatically (make sure there is a tick @ Preserve Aspect Ratio)
Click OK
Click File tab, Save As
Save to your PC with a different name to the original picture.
