Dinosaurs!!! I just knew Godzilla and T-Rex would show up. ;D I like the giant mosquitos too Angel, but I'm not too sure what that is in the top corner. Nice wavy distortion there Elvis. Here's a painted effect. ;D

I'm not sure what that is either, but I liked it and it added a bit of difference.

That's nice Angel, sort of underwater look to it, apart from the bats that is. ;D Did this one with the freebie online Sumo Paint.

Thanks folkes, I like the ship one myself.
Where did it take you to Angel??
There are many pictures of the great tea race of 1866. The headland reminded me of one of them, of the Taeping and Ariel off the Lizard Point. That's not a Clipper it's a Barque; but it's not the Lizard either, so who cares.

This is the rarest picture of the Great Tea Race ever. The date and place is about right, but the ships are going in the wrong direction. It didn't look right with them heading the short route to London. They could have gone this way, but they wouldn't have taken 1st and 2nd place going via the Bristol Channel and Scotland.

That is really excellent work KC , love the colours in the second last one, but I'm not sure I'd fancy climbing down that cliff from the Hoe everytime I fancied a bit of a paddle in the sea.

I dont know if it was the Torys or the Lib Dems idea, to shift the Hoe to Dorset Nocky. I suppose someone thought it would brighten the place up a bit.
I still dont know if thats the Ariel or the Taeping in the lead, as they kept overtaking one another going up the channel. The Teaping won the race by about half an hour. They all look the same when the stacking on the canvas.

No matter which one is leading, it's still a cracking graphic KC. I did this one by matching the colours of one of my brightly hued doodles. ;D

Thanks Pete, and I agree, the quality of the work has improved so much since we first started. This one was inspired by the view out my window today, rain rain, and more rain.

Thanks Pete,
Just take a few cards, give them a shuffle and see how they deal out. Remember the camera can't lie.
