A great response again last week for Kens horses produced some very good work, well done all. This weeks choice is the nice river view from Elvis. I've done a sort of paint job on it, let's see what you can come up with. ;D

Looks like it's going to be another fine day here, so I'm going out to take advantage. Here's a HDR attempt to be going on with. ;D

That is very good Angel, I like your Viking ships. Looks like they're heading down to attack the castle. Nice animation, lots to look at, and I'm sure I've seen those cloud faces somewhere before. ;D Great stuff.

Chinese water mill Elvis. They even roll steel plate using water power. Cheap energy if you have got the river to drive it all the year round.

Nice textures Elvis, and the water- wheel is amazing KC. I could have used some of that snow earlier today Angel to cool me down, it was a real warm day here in Plymouth. Here's a kinda dream scene.

Thanks Nocky.
It might be warm, but I would say your dreaming if you can stand in your lemon grove and see the Cornish mountains across the river.
Dull and cold here.

Thanks Nocky. I'm not that keen on the second one, the first was done using a tried and proven method and the second was a mixture of filters.

I had a "flashback" to the sixties there Elvis, I think it was that funny smelling tobacco a guy in the pub gave me. ;D I like your first one, a nice gentle paint effect, second one's more dramatic, "a river of blood" Good stuff. Another amazing mix Angel, but where's the penguin.
